On May 12, 2009, Mr. Cohen will teach on "Fundamentals of Mediation" at Syracuse University's Graduate Program.
 
In December 2008, Mr. Cohen appeared on the "Tully Rincky Legal Power Hour", a call-in show on Radio 810 WGY-AM.  Click here for the podcast.
 
In November 2008, Mr. Cohen was appointed co-chair of the Association for Conflict Resolution Legal Committee.  He was also appointed to serve on the Association for Conflict Resolution Grievance Committee.

In September 2008, Mr. Cohen was elected to the Board of Directors of the Association for Conflict Resolution.
